Sunday workout

I rode the bicycle for 30 minutes and worked on legs. Also did some pullovers. Left shoulder getting better.

Need to drink more water. Bought some chocolate milk for recovery.

Drinks less diet rc and diet cokes. Quit the caffeine addiction. Harder than quitting Red Man chew.

Feeling good tonight.
